Players can collect a rare and powerful resource called Rapidium in the Alters. Rapidium can be used in crafting items and, most importantly, creating new alters.
You need to build a special module known as the Rapidium Ark to store and move Rapidium safely.
Rapidium Ark In The Alters
The Rapidium Ark is not something you can build freely. Unlike other modules in the game, players can only build up five of these in total.
You can unlock the first Rapidium Ark by completing the task assigned by Terrance Maxwell.
To unlock more Arks, you must expand your base. One base expansion is required for each new Ark after the first one, allowing you to build up to four additional Arks.
Finally, every additional Rapidium Ark you build after the first one unlocks an achievement.
Building The First Rapidium Ark
Before you can build the first Rapidium Ark, you will receive a call from Terrance Maxwell. This happens in Act 1 of the game.
During this call, he explains is the boss of Jan and Lucas and assigns you the Rapidium Ark task. This task comes with the blueprint needed to create the module in the Alters.
Players need to gather 30 Metals, 120 Rapidium, and 100 Organics to build the Rapidium Ark in the Alters.
Once you have the materials, head to the Command Center in your base. On the left side, you will find the craft option, which you can interact with to build the Rapidium Ark.
Lastly, after building and placing the module, go to the communication room and contact Maxwell again to finish the task.
