Fisch version 1.16 was released on February 1st, introducing a new Orca Hunt event, Oil Rig location, and balancing changes.
This version also adds five new NPCs, two new fish including an Orca, and nine new titles such as Stormcaller.
The Orca is a rare Exotic fish that can only be found during the Orca Migration event in the Ocean.
How To Catch Orca In Fisch
Unlike other fish, Orca does not appear all the time. Players need to wait for the Orca Hunt event to start before they can catch it.
The best bait for catching an Orca in Fisch is the Shark Head, a Mythical Bait. This bait greatly increases the chances of catching rare fish, including Orca.
During the Orca Migration event, the game provides hints to help players find the fish. If you have a Radar, it will mark the exact location where you can catch an Orca.
However, even without a Radar, you can still track the blue arrows on the water. These arrows show the migration path, making it easier to find the right spot to fish.
Shark Head Bait In Fisch
The Shark Head Bait provides 225% Preferred Luck, making it highly effective for catching specific fish.
It also has 30% Universal Luck and reduces Lure Speed by 5%, meaning it can be effective for fishing but may take longer to hook a fish.
Shark Head bait is not easy to find and can only be obtained in two ways:
- Quality Bait Crates: Each crate has a chance to contain 0.45 Shark Head
- Angler Quests: Starting from the 25th completion
Finally, by using the Shark Head bait, you can increase your chances of catching rare fish like Megalodon and Orca in Fisch.
