“Contamination, Yet A Trace” Quest In Infinity Nikki

Update 1.5 of Infinity Nikki introduces a new area for players to explore called Serenity Island.

Additionally, it features exclusive quests and events that allow players to explore the island and earn a variety of rewards.

“Contamination, Yet a Trace” is an exclusive quest set on Serenity Island in Infinity Nikki.

Starting The “Contamination, Yet a Trace” Quest In Infinity Nikki

Players can navigate to the Quest menu, where they can find Contamination, Yet a Trace under the Exclusive section.

Start the quest by entering Steamville, located in the High Stonetree area; this will trigger a cutscene.

Some players have reported a bug where the cutscene doesn’t play. In such cases, restart the game and try again.

After a brief cutscene, the quest objectives will update, asking you to inquire with the village head of Steamville about the situation.

The location of Macy, the village head, will be marked on the map. Drop down from the ledge and approach her to trigger another cutscene.

She will ask you to speak with Doctor Piecie and gather clues about the Dirty Thread disease outbreak.

Locating Rita, The Doctor Piecie

The quest marker will guide players to a cave. Go through it, and it will lead to Rita’s clinic on the other side.

The cave contains various rewards and hidden chests that players can obtain after exploring it.

As you enter through the iron gate, you will see a Springbloom on your left. Awaken it to float atop.

You will encounter two boulders at the edge of the cliff. Roll them to reveal a secret path that players must take.

Inside the cave, you might encounter various enemies; defeating them is optional but will earn you loot.

Follow the path until you reach Rita’s clinic, then approach her to start a cutscene.

You will be asked to speak with Auntie Jasmine, who is talking with Murur, along with the Pieceys engaged in a discussion.

Wait until nightfall, then enter the Steamville market and locate the merchant selling crystal salt.

In the market, you’ll need to interact with Shadow in a conversation and purchase crystal salt from him.

Choose the “Give me a bunch of cheap ones” option, or you’ll keep looping through the same dialogue.

Lastly, return to Macy and report the conclusion of your investigation; this will complete the quest.
