The Alternate Route Challenge With Jeice In Sparking Zero
Jeice in Sparking! ZERO adds to the mission structure and gameplay strategy. This character brings more depth and challenge to the Planet Namek arc.
He’s back from Budokai Tenkaichi 3 and is nostalgic for the old fans. His powerful moves and tricky combat will amuse the new players.
One of the key missions involving Jeice takes place during the “Arrival on Planet Namek” arc, where Goku receives an urgent SOS from the planet.
For this mission, you will have to fight Jeice with his teammate Burter. There is an alternate route in the game, which is also known as the easiest, where you can fight Jeice first but it’s a different challenge.
To access this route you must fight Jeice while avoiding his Crusher Ball. Defeating Jeice in this way will cause Burter to retreat and change the mission.
Rewards for Defeating Jeice
Defeating Jeice in this alternate route will give you 15,000 Zeni and experience.
The mission also has specific objectives like allowing Jeice to charge his Crusher Ball while you avoid deflecting it.
When Jeice says “This’ll end it!” and prepares to use his Crusher Ball you must use the perception ability (R1 + Circle) to deflect the attack and trigger Burter’s retreat.
Completing this challenge will give you extra Zeni and experience so it’s a tough but worth it battle.
