You can start the season content after completing the Of Lambs and Wolves. For the quest progression, you must collect tons of Mother’s Gift.
The Wages Of Hatred is one of the final contents added in the season, and you can play the quest in any World Tier.
“The Wages Of Hatred” Quest In Diablo 4 Season 5
To get to Wages of Hatred in the latest Diablo season, you must climb up the ranks and quests by collecting hundreds of Mother’s Gifts.
You must complete a few quests, including The Rising Hells, The Past Behind Us, The Seething Mountain, An Old and Angry Wound, and Sins of the Willing, to access the quest.
Look For Istel In Zarbinzet
If you unlock the quest, looking for Istel in Zarbinzet will be your main objective. A green circle will appear on the map to help you locate the NPC, just like previous missions.
Unfortunatley, even with the marker, locating Istel is quite tricky. However, if you follow the northeast direction of the Blacksmith.
You can also reach the area by going right from the Zarbinzet Town Portal. For best reference, you can directly head to the marked location on the given map.
After you reach the location, you should approach Istel and start the dialogue options. To complete the quest, you should read the Istel’s Grimoire.
You can find the hut containing the Scroll just after heading downstairs, east from the NPC’s location.
After finishing the season 5’s questline you can jump to side quests or collect Mother’s Gifts from Helltides or Infernal Hordes for exclusive rewards.
