Manure and Slurry are the waste products by the cows in the game that can be used as the fertilizer.
Players can also process into Bio Gas and sell them to make money in Farming Simulator 25.
If a player wants to produce manure, then they must feed the cow with straw, but if they want slurry, they must not feed the cows with straw.
