Once Human offers different types of Deviants, including Combat, Territory, and Gadget, with each offering unique buffs.
Dr. Teddy is the combat deviant and is suitable for PvPs during Chaos Mode. With the Deviant, you can heal and even revive your fallen teammates.
The Defender helps restore 100% of the teammate’s maximum HP and heals 8% in one second.
Once Human’s Dr. Teddy Location
Dr Teddy is quite difficult to obtain unlike other Deviants, as it’s drop rate is exceptionally low. You can find the Deviant in the Silo Theta Securemnt, Red Sands area in Once Human.
Even though the item does not have a specific spawn location, the Seepage Zone (Statue Room) has a high drop rate. You need to beat the boss, Chagas Eevil for a chance to get the drop.
Moreover, you can get the item from both PvP and PvE servers. As the Deviant’s drop rate is extremely low, you should use a controller to have a better chance of securing the item.
If you are unlucky with the loot, you should clear the Dungeon, find the Boss, Saint El, for the drops, and search every crate possible.
Beat The Dungeon Boss
The boss is located across a larger room right after you use the ladder from the Statue Room.
You will find a passageway with fallen drums next to the room. Ensure you walk along until you get to a branch room and take the sewer pipe to get to the boss room.
The boss spawns alongside a few Gnawers and is quite easy to beat. You can attack the weak point of Boss to clear the Settlement and increase the chance of securing Dr Teddy.

Once you have the item, place it in the Isolated Securement Unit and use the red light and Toys to increase effectiveness.
