Fisch version 1.19, also known as the Mariana’s Veil update, was released on February 22, 2025.
The Mariana’s Veil update adds new locations like Volcanic Vents, Challenger’s Deep, Abyssal Zenith, Calm Zone, and Veil of the Forsaken.
This update also introduces several new fish, including the Crowned Anglerfish, and adds new fishing rods.
Crowned Anglerfish In Fisch
The Crowned Anglerfish is a secret fish in Fisch that can be found in the Abyssal Zenith area of Mariana’s Veil.
You can use any Fishing Rod to catch Crowned Anglerfish, but you need to fish at the right time and with the correct bait.
The fish only shows up when the weather is foggy and it must be nighttime during autumn.
Furthermore, the preferred bait for the Crowned Anglerfish is the Truffle Worm, so make sure to use them.
The Crowned Anglerfish is quite large, with an average weight of 13,000 kg. If you catch one, you can sell it for around 15,888.9 C$.
Finally, this fish has -95% progress speed, meaning the fish will put up a strong fight when hooked.
Abyssal Zenith In Fisch
The Abyssal Zenith is located beneath the Challenger’s Deep, with its entrance located at -5375, -7390, 400.
To access this area, players need to first get the Angler’s Lantern. The path is a long, dark tunnel filled with obstacles, however, you can use Sundial Totems to keep it daytime.
Further, you also need to make your way past some horizontal tunnels with large anglerfish.
If you get hit by one of these anglerfish, the submarine gets teleported to the end of the section, facing away from Abyssal Zenith.
Lastly, the tunnel ends at a dark cave at -13420, -11050, 110, where you will find a Submariner, Innkeeper, and a portal to Rosilt Bay.
