The April Fools Update on Welcome to Bloxburg is now live. It includes a new Hunt Event and exclusive trophies.
Just like the previous Elf Hunt Event, during the Duck Hunt Event, players need to collect Ducks to earn trophies and other decoration items.
In addition to the Hunt Event Ducks, players will also be able to obtain the new secret “Mermaid Duck” located at the top of the mountain.
Mermaid Duck In Bloxburg
The Mermaid Duck in Bloxburg is the secret duck introduced in the April Fools Update.
To earn the Mermain Duck, you first need to locate it in the hidden area around the top of the mountain.
Additionally, a few players have reported that obtaining the Mermaid Duck does not require completing the Hunt Event, while others say the event must be finished beforehand.
I personally completed the Duck Hunt Event first by collecting all 30 ducks before seeking out the Mermaid Duck.
However, you can experiment with skipping the event to see if the Mermaid Duck is accessible without it.
How To Get Mermaid Duck In Bloxburg
As the Mermaid Duck is located at the top of the mountain, you must first make your way towards the Gliding Range.
Once you reach the Glidiging Range, you will find multiple Gliders, so you need to use one of them and fly over the mountains.
After taking the Glider, you need to head directly right and then search for the rock border on the far outskirts of Bloxburg to land.
Once you land, you need to reach for the end of the pathway, where you will find the opening below, filled with OHAI Poster.
If you succeed in locating the Ohai Poster, you need to look for the Mermaid Duck below it and then click E to claim the Duck.
After claiming the Duck, you can track it in your inventory and place it in the Collection table along with other 30 event ducks (if available).
