Players can trigger the dance using specific button combinations after scoring a touchdown.
Perform The Trump Dance In College Football 26
To activate the Trump dance or any showboat celebration, you must act quickly after scoring.
On PlayStation, hold L2 + R2, then press X. On Xbox, hold LT + RT, then press A. This triggers a celebration animation.

While the celebration plays, flicking the right analog stick (R3) in any direction lets you choose between several dance styles, including Trump’s arm movements, head tilts, and facial reactions.
If you want to try a different animation, repeat the same button combo to cycle through them.
Taunts And Celebrations In College Football 26
College Football 26 puts a big focus on player celebrations. You can show off not only after touchdowns, but also after interceptions and big first downs.
There are even animations for running into the endzone if you’re clear of defenders.
To do a celebration run, press and hold L2 + R2 + X (PlayStation) or LT + RT + A (Xbox) while heading to the endzone.

This move is flashy and also required for some Ultimate Team challenges.
Once you score, the game offers dozens of celebration options using simple stick flicks or button combos. Here are a few examples:
- Step Back on Em: RS→
- Griddy (Reach Low Flex): L2 + RS↑
- Wave Goodbye: R2 + RS↑
- Rodeo: L1 + RS→
Updated Animations And Controls
While many celebrations return from previous versions, College Football 26 includes better animations and lighting.
The controls remain simple, mostly using the right stick and modifier buttons like L1, L2, R1, or R2. Still, specific taunts require memorizing the correct inputs.

Whether it’s a touchdown, interception, or a big first down, the game now lets players celebrate in style, even with a dance straight from the former president.
