Scouting is the key to managing prospects or finding a high-potential player in NFL 25 Franchise Mode.
After you head to Week 1 (complete preseason) and create a Draft class, you will get multiple scouts with tier, region, and position expertise.
If you want to have generational talents in your team, you must fire all of the scout members.
Even if you want to give chances to the existing members, try to pick one position expert you need or who covers multiple positions. Moreover, players can only replace the Scout member with the same tier.
While hiring a new one, you should know your team’s strongest and weak points, as the Position expertise is key.
Scout Players By Knowing Strengths And Weaknesses
For a better team composition, you should opt for Wide Receiver, Safety positions, or even Line Backs.
