The Lost Boys Side Quest Walkthrough In Stalker 2
In Stalker 2, there are a few quests that players have unlocked till now. After completing the tasks players earn rewards.
The rewards consist of some new weapons or extra coupons and sometimes both together. These reward items help the player to prepare themself for upcoming battles in the game.
The Lost Boy is a side quest in Stalker 2 that takes place in the Lesser Zone. In the side quest, you will have to find the Mastiff’s missing group of looters.
After starting the quest, you will meet Max Saturday, who will inform you that the Monolithians took Mastiff to his Haunted House.
From there, you will have to travel toward the Ninth (Monolithian) place. He will explain to you that he is no longer Monolithian and brought Mastiff to keep him alive, and the poltergeist killed Mastiff’s men.
Choose Ninth To Obtain Rubber Layer Blueprint In Stalker 2
Now, you will have to choose whether to trust Ninth or not, as well as step back and let them solve on their own. Your decision will be the turning point of the quest and decide your reward for the quest.
If you choose to trust Ninth, you will earn only half of the reward, which is 500 extra coupons, but additionally, you can also earn the Rubber Layer Blueprint.
The Rubber Layer Blueprint will allow you to add this upgrade to your weapon at any Tech’s Workshop.
If you do not decide to get involved in their fight, then Ninth will fight against the Dew and end up dying. In this case, you will earn 1000 extra coupons, but not Rubber Layer Blueprint.
Interact With Dew And Keep Ninth Alive Till End For Rubber Layer Blueprint In Stalker 2
As Saturday informed the players about the Ninth taking Mastiff, he also informed Dew of the same thing.
Now, while you interact with Dew outside the building, you will have the option to respond that Saturday is wrong or the building is empty.
If you say that the building is empty, still Dew will go to check inside the building and Ninth will burst out attacking. Here you can choose to attack from any of the side or stay idle.
If you choose to inform Dew that Saturday was wrong, Dew will accuse you of being a Traitor and make an attempt to kill you.
At this point, the ninth will interfere in the middle and attack Dew to save you. He will help you to kill Dew and his men.
When you choose the Ninth side, and he dies, Lens will reward you with 1000 extra coupons.
In Stalker 2, the only way to get Rubber Layer Blueprint is to take the side of the Ninth and keep him alive till the end.
You will not be able to get this item again in the game, so it is best to choose Ninth in the quest. The Rubber Layer Blueprint is more valuable than 500 extra coupons.
