Beacon Similar To Talisman Should Clear Dragon’s Dogma 2 Fog
If you have played the first part of the game, Dragon’s Dogma, you pretty much will know about the Fog Talisman.
The Fog Talisman found in the Witchwood, created a dense fog which decreased the visibility thus affecting the field of view of the game.
Similarly, destroying the Beacon in Dragon’s Dogma 2 will stop the fog progression in a specific part of the map.
However, saving the game will start the fog progression back up again.
Destroy All The Red Beacons To Stop Dragon’s Dogma 2 Fog Progression
Below are the steps to destroy the Red Beacon across the Unmoored World.
However, the guide does not contain the emergency evacuation part, as it is merely the same process after destroying each Red Beacon.
Scholarly Pursuit
Dream’s Apart completion will lead you to the Research Lab, and interact with the Big Red Beacon which will be visible from wherever you’re standing.
Moreover, interacting with the Beacon will begin a quest called “A Scholarly Pursuit”, in which you have to destroy the beacon.
However, there will be many enemies along the way so be careful and watch your step.
Arbor Red Beacon
Head over to the Sacred Arbor get close to the unmissable Red Beacon and draw the Godsbane Blade.
A dragon will spawn which will be relatively easier to kill.
However, your pawns will be useless in this fight so don’t think about using much of them.
Vernworth Castle
Open your map, and go to the Red Beacon, southwest of Vernworth Castle.
Upon defeating the dragon, the red beacon will be destroyed, and the fog progression will decrease.
Volcanic Island Camp
Open your map, and go to the Red Beacon, west of the Volcanic Island Camp near Aagamen Island.
The boss fight will be very similar to the last ones and it will be relatively easy.
Moreover, the Unmoored World will be completed after the Volcanic Island Camp Evacuation process is complete.
However, there will be one more Red Beacon that you can activate from the Seafloor Temple.
Journeying Through The Dragon’s Dogma 2 Fog
Dragon’s Dogma 2 Fog progression can be decreased and stopped by destroying the Red Beacon and defeating the bosses.
The game challenges you to complete all the missions and quests in 12 game’s world day.
Similarly, After the 12th day, the fog will cover up the game and it’ll be over.
Moreover, evacuation is a must after destroying each Red Beacon and defeating the boss. Hence, you should evacuate the city or halls to progress further into the journey.
