However, beneath the icy peaks of Mt. Firmament, a mysterious creature stirs; with the name the Frostbug.
Frostbug In Wuthering Waves
In Wuthering Waves, Frostbug is a special creature that players can find in Mt. Firmament.
Generally, they huddle up and hide underground to protect themselves while getting attacked and drop 20 Asterite when defeated.
Significantly, there are a total of 10 Frostbug locations. To collect them, you need to use ranged characters to hit their weak spots, which are located on their backs.
Frostbug 1
The first location is the rear side of Mt Firmament, on an island near the Luminous Shore.
Travel to the beach area of island, you’ll see Frostbug in the sea. Players can gain Astrite +20 after killing Frostbug.
Frostbug 2
Move from the shore to the mainland area of map in order to find the second Frostbug.
Thus, navigate through the map in a region between Luminous Shore and Hongzhen. They can also find Frostbug in the river, nearby the creek.
Frostbug 3
It is a tricky situation to find the third Frostbug, as it is located away from the mainland.
However, players can find the Frostbug in an separated island, in between the junction of two rivers. Further, they can kill the Frostbug at the base of the mountain.
Frostbug 4
Navigate through the map and travel to the Northwest part of the Mt. Firmament in the shore.
Frostbug is located behind the huge rock at the beach and players will get some rewards after killing it.
Frostbug 5
Another frostbug is located on the beach of Loong, between Crest and Rest.
It is located in the river, which can be seen easily from distant. However, players can either jump from the Loong’s Crest or travel through the river in the Loong’s Rest.
Frostbug 6
It is located at Mt Firmament, and players need to travel South of Loong’s Crest to Loong’s Ridge.
Generally, players can shoot down the Frostbug from the top of the mountain.
Frostbug 7
Players need to go to the shore to the Southwest part of the Mt. Firament, from the map.
Further, they can locate Frostbug 7 at the sea near the shore of the beach, hidden inside the water.
Moreover, you’ll gain an increment in Shell Credit of twenty-four points and Astrile of twenty points after defeating it.
Frostbug 8
Loong’s ridge provides a perfect cover for frostbug to hide in.
The eighth Frost bug is located near the Resonance Beacon at the Loongs’ Ridge, which is part of the resonance ecological information network.
However, it is in the Huanglong-Mt Firmament-Loong’s bridge network.
Frostbug 9
This Frostbug is located at the Loong’s ridge, nearby the resonance beacon.
Players can find it on the river, below the waterfall, however, you can gain Astrite +20 after killing Frostbug.
Frostbug 10
Players can find the last of the Frostbug in the chain of islands located south of the Xuanji Ridges.
Generally, it is located near the tower ruins in the water; you’ll gain the new trophy Push Past The Bugs.
