Players in Deltarune can earn different ranks based on how well they do in certain game rounds.
These ranks include Z, C, B, A, S, and the highest one, which is the T rank. The T rank is the hardest to get.
You can unlock different special rooms with rewards or surprises depending on the rank you earn from your overall performance.
Getting To The T Rank Room
To reach the T rank room, go through the right north door in the main area, where you will see doors that lead to rooms for A, B, and C ranks.
Players must then head left from the A-rank room to get into the T-rank room. You can only access this room if you have reached the T rank in any round.

If you earn a higher rank, like T rank, you can still visit the rooms for lower ranks, like C and A.
However, the Z rank room only opens when players receive the Z rank, which can be earned by purposely doing very poorly.
Inside The T Rank Room
The T rank room in Deltarune is strange and quiet. When you first enter, you see a row of screens showing Tenna standing in a T-pose and spinning.

Players can also find a book on a stand at the end of the room. When you read it, the book explains the history of T-pose.
If you earn a T Rank in round two of Tenna’s game show, the T Rank room will look different when you enter.
The screens begin to glitch, the music sounds broken, and the book changes as well.

The book no longer has clear text, and instead, it shows a spinning and twitching image of Tenna, still in the T-pose.
Finally, earning the T rank in Deltarune takes perfect performance in every minigame, but it leads to a weird and entertaining secret room.
