Even if you already own Stellar Blade and purchase the NIKKE DLC, you will not receive the Scarlet CD-Key. This has upset many fans who supported both games early.
How To Start The DLC And Unlock Scarlet
After logging in, you’ll see a prompt to buy the NIKKE DLC for $9.99. Once purchased, a digital art book unlocks, and a new boss called “Man” appears in the boss challenge.
Go to the Wasteland, find the phone booth, and talk to Vault the dog to start the quest. After a cutscene, you’ll meet Scarlet and begin the DLC mission.

This update adds exciting content, but the locked Scarlet skin behind a full re-purchase has left many players disappointed.
