Biomass Missiles are not craftable in the early game; you need to reach out to reach the fourth tree: Transcendence in Once Human.
To acquire the weapon, you must initially unlock the Close Defence Turret 1 node. You should also invest seven ciphers and 2000 Energylinks.

Start The Prime War
After you have a good enough build, you can start the Prime Wars; however, you should meet the requirement level, which depends upon different quests.
When available, the quests will be displayed on the Map Screen, and Prime War also includes difficulty levels: Easy and Hard.
Moreover, each Prime war has a different timer as well, and you need to build close defense turrets and other defensive installations.
Depending on the difficulty, you will face different enemies, including the Shadow Hound and Ravenous Hunter.
Completing the objectives will grant you rewards, including Chests and Starchroms, which can be used to upgrade characters.
