In Fantasy Life I: The Girl Who Steals Time, both your island name and character name have specific rules.

While you can change your Island name frequently, you cannot change your character name once set.

Once you start the game on your device, you will see options to set your character name, which you can change later.

After you set the character name, you can progress through the main storyline and reach a certain level, so you will gain the ability to change your island name.

How To Change Island Name In Fantasy Life i

Mysteria is the default Island Name that you will get in Fantasly Life I, which you can change after completing the ‘‘Place the Sign and Furniture” quest in Chapter 3.

During this chapter 3 quest, you need to construct a home for one of your island residents, “Kunugi“.

After completing the quest, you will gain the ability to change your Island Name. To do so, you can follow the steps mentioned below;

• Head to the Guild Office
• Talk to Boyle
• Select the “Change Island Name” option
• Enter the desired name

Boyle is an NPC in the game offering multiple customization services, like Party formation, Change Appearance, and Island Name.

To avoid any error while changing the Island Name, you must ensure that the characters are not above 10 and do not use restricted words.

Players will have the ability to change the Island name as many times as they want. To do so, they just need to talk to Boyle.
