Axe In Blue Prince
The Axe in Blue Prince is a special item that you can find inside the Armory. This axe is very useful as it lets you remove the gem cost from a room forever.
Once you have used the Axe on a room, you do not have to spend any gems to unlock that room.
Further, the Axe is rare and has a limited number of uses, so be sure to use it wisely. We recommend that players use this item on the Attic or the Throne Room.
To obtain the axe, players will need to select the Knight and unlock the Armory. Players first need to complete a chess puzzle in Precipice.
How To Unlock The Armory In Blue Prince
The Chess puzzle is behind a gate that opens if you light four flames in different parts of the Precipice.
Inside the puzzle area, you will see rooms that represent chess pieces. The pieces are: Pawn, Bishop, Knight, Rook, Queen, and King.
Once you have completed the Chess Puzzle, you need to select one of six chess pieces to use their power.
If you select the Knight chess piece, you will unlock the Armory. You can then go to the Armory to get the Axe, along with a Sledgehammer and a Torch.
