The Throne Room sends a simple message: “Reclaim the Crown!” At first, this might not make much sense, but if you read a note in the Antechamber, things start to become clearer.

However, you will only see this note after you beat Room 46 for the first time and select the Antechamber as an outer room.

According to this note, players will have to bring the Crown, Scepter, and Stone back to the Throne Room in the same run.

Finally, the challenge in the Throne Room of the Blue Prince is tough, but if you complete it, you will earn exciting rewards and achievements.
