Once you complete your dialogue with Claire, you need to head towards the Mayor of Tall Grass Inn, Klein Warren.
Both Mayor and Claire tell you about the Silent Beast, a creature that is stealing people from the area without leaving any trace.
After you talk to the mayor, you need to meet Claire again. She will mark your map with the location where you need to search for Clues regarding the Silent Beast.
Head To The Furnace Lair And Search For The Clues
Follow Claire’s map and hunt down the Furnace Lair to get some clues about the Silent Beast.
Here are the specific tasks and goals you must complete to investigate the Furnace Lair entirely:
- Look For The Mystical Crate (1)
- Defeat normal enemies (12)
- Find Weapon and Armor Crates (2)
- Activate Rift Anchor (1)
Moreover, the basement’s deepest part is the area where you are likely to find the weapon and armor crates.
Defeat The Giant Enemy
Among all the 12 enemies, you will also need to defeat the giant boss enemy, Shadow Hound’s Shadow.
This giant enemy might be difficult to defeat, so you need to prepare the best loadout for yourself and play passive.
Once you defeat all 12 enemies and complete others’ requirements for this clue-searching mission, you will receive the message with Exploration Complet.
After receiving the “Exploration Complet” message, you can head toward the Teleportation Tower and use it to teleport yourself to the Monolith of Thirst.
Heading to the Monolith of Thirst is the main objective of “In The Tall Grass.” To complete this objective, you must look for some crates, defeat enemies, and activate Rifr Anchors, similar to Furnace Lair.
Furthermore, during the mission, you will revive various drops and rewards such as Energy Link, Luxury Watch, and Searchlight.
