Path Of Exile 2 (POE) Endgame Mechanic Breach
Path of Exile 2 features the endgame story where players enter into the Atlas of Worlds. Inside the map, players encounter various mobs and bosses.
While completing the quests in Atlas of Worlds, players can encounter the mobs to earn rewards and level up their progress.
Players must use the Waystones to unlock the Atlas of Worlds map in the Path of Exile 2 endgame section.
The Atlas of Worlds features Breaches that spawn randomly on the map like an icon of a hand. Players must complete Breaches to defeat more mobs and bosses.
Collect Breach Splinters To Obtain Breachstone In POE 2
Breaches are time-framed elements in Path of Exile 2, so players must focus on completing them faster. While you go to the edge of the symbol, the mobs appear.
Clearing the mobs in Breaches rewards players with items like:
- Catalysts
- Breach Rings
- Clasped Hands
- Breach Tablets
- Breach Splinters
Defeating the mobs, players can collect the Breach Splinters. After combining 300 Breach Splinters, you can form a Breachstone.
The Breachstone must be placed at the Realmgate at the center of the Atlas to open the portal to a Breach realm.
You can also use Breachstone while trading to exchange it with Exalted Orb.
After opening the portal to Breach Realm, you will encounter the main boss of the Breach Xesht, We That Are One.
Once the player completes all the Breaches, they can access the main boss, Xehst, from Ziggurat. After placing the Breachstone at the Realmgate, the boss will spawn.
Players can increase the difficulty to 4 levels by the Breach-specific Atlas Passive Tree. Increasing the difficulty will drop unique items after defeating the bosses.
