HIGHLIGHTS
- PoE 2 Act 3 has over 11 bosses: Xyclucian, the Chimera, Zicoatl, Warden of the Core, Queen of Filth, and Viper Napuatzi are some of the main bosses that you must defeat.
- Doryani, Royal Thaumaturge, is the final boss of PoE 2 Act 3, whom you will encounter in Black Chambers during the quest “Glory of the Vaal.”
- To reach this final boss in Path Of Exile 2, players must complete other initial acts and defeat the 5 main bosses of Act 3.
Path of Exile 2 is now available for early access. It has three different Acts, each offering a unique storyline to explore.
Each Act in PoE 2 has its questline and holds multiple uncovered locations with booses to defeat and earn rewards.
Path of Exile 2 (PoE 2) Act 3 features several main quests, including Legacy of the Vaal, which has multiple bosses, including Xyclucian, the Chimera.
Path Of Exile 2 Act 3 Bosses
Once you have finished Act 2 in Path Of Exile 2, you can begin Act 3 by heading to the Ziggurat Encampment in the Sandswept Marsh.
Once you reach the area, you should talk to The Hooded One, Alva, and Oswald, which will lead you to initiate the Act 3 main quest, Legacy of the Vaal.
Following your journey in Act 3’s main quest, you will encounter multiple bosses with unique abilities and skills.
Few are optional bosses, while some are the main ones you must defeat to progress in the quest.

Each of these bosses offers rewards on a successful defeat; Rootdredge offers Uncut Skill Gem, while Xylucian offers Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum, a quest item.
Doryani, The Final Boss In PoE 2 Act 3
Once you reach the end of Act 3 by defeating the initial main bosses, you must go to “The Testing Pit” in The Black Chambers area to face the final boss, Doryani.
The boss uses powerful slam and fire attacks, so staying close to his side will allow you to dodge his attacks and play safe.
Once you defeat the Doryani, you will encounter another phase of the boss, “Doryani Triumph,” with stronger laser attacks.
So, you must utilize the environmental objects and dodge his attack to achieve victory.
After defeating the boss, you will earn rewards and be able to enter the Cruel difficulty by using the Time Portal in town.
