Succulent Scraps Quest In Monster Hunter Wilds
To unlock the Succulent Scraps quest in Monster Hunter Wild, you must finish the main story mission up to Chapter 4 and reach Hunter Rank 10 or Higher.
After finishing the prerequisites, you should meet Dogard at Azuz the Everforge in the Oilwell Basin region.
The NPC will assign you this side quest, “Succulent Scraps,” in which he asks you to hunt a Gravios in Oilwell Basin.
Enter The Basin And Start The Battle
To reach this Gravios, a large Monster, you can directly open the Optional Quest menu, select “Succulent Scraps“, and then click on Quick Start from the left side bar.
Once you reach the area, you can start your fight by shooting the monster in the Belly, Head, or Back, as these are found to be his weak points.
Use Ice And Water Weapons/Skills To Defeat Gravios
Ice, Water, and Dragons are the elemental weaknesses of the fire-throwing monsters, so the player can focus on these elements to defeat the weapons.
You can use armors like Yian Kut-ku and Ajarakan Set and weapons with ice elements like Frost Edge and Blizzard Bowgun.
Moreover, you can also opt for Dragon Piercer, Arc Shot, HailStrom, and Power Coating mechanics to enhance your attack moves to defeat the monster.
Once you have successfully defeated the monster, you can collect multiple rewards from the enemy drop.
The rewards you earn mostly include 19,080z, Gravios Certificate S, Gravios Wing, Wyvern Gem, Inferno Sac, Glowing Orb – Sword, and Coma Sac.
After collecting the drops, you need to report back to Dogard and collect your quest reward: Experience Points and Hunter Rank.
