HIGHLIGHTS
- In Destiny 2’s Illusion quest, you can obtain the Lost Ghost from the Sanctum of the Brood Queen.
- You must complete a series of objectives, including forging the Caldera, grabbing Telemetry, and escaping the Caldera to get the Ghost.
- To restore the Lost Ghost and get Ascendant Shard, you should head to Arbor of Light in the Pale Heart.
Destiny 2: The Final Shape has offered tons of quests, exclusive artifacts, and exciting activities throughout the map.
The Illusion quest is not connected to the main storyline, but it is still useful to complete the seasonal triumph or get the coveted weapons.
The quest unlocks right after you wrap up the main campaign and begin the Ergo Sum exotic quest.
Destiny 2 “The Illusion” Ghost In Savathun’s Throne World
Starting the “The Illusion” quest in The Final Shape will take you to “The Cunning” mission, which starts in Court of Salvation, Throne World In Destiny 2.
After launching the mission, you should search for the Sathona’s Temple in the Throne World. The Temple marker will appear after taking a few steps forward.
Following the caves will lead to an open area with few enemies, including Corrupted Chieftains and Titans.
Try to get past the enemies and use the portal to unlock the next marker, which will again have a few formidable foes.
Be sure to tackle them, reach the Temple of the Cunning by following the Diamond Marker, and use the Deeplight.
After discovering a new entrance, use Deepsight again to unlock the secret path by solving the puzzle.
Players should head forward unless they get the next destination icon and start the new objective: Forge The Caldera.
Forge The Caldera
Like the previous steps, scan the left-sided area, use Deepsight, and solve the puzzle again by shooting the V-shaped object.
You will unlock yet another marker in the area filled with a few hives; try to get past them and move toward the next platform using the Deepsight and lower the Drawbridge.
Once the Bridge Activision is complete, move towards Dais and beat the Warden (Termikks, Invasive Warrant); keep an eye on other enemies.
A new objective: Acquire the Worm Familiar will unlock once you get past the foes, where you need to activate Deepsight again to unlock stages to reach the statue.
Once you acquire the item, you must Outcast the Illusion and use the Deepsight to reach the following marker.
Get Telemetry And Search For Ghost
You should scan the statue to get the Lost Ghost Telemetry and later search the Court of Thrones for the Ghost.
You can reach the peak of the building to reach the marker and then traverse to the Sanctum of the Brood Queen.
Further, you must follow the icon at the area’s peak and retrieve the Lost Ghost, located just behind the rising horse’s sculpture.
Once you obtain the Lost Ghost, return to the Arbor of Light in the Pale Heart to restore it and get the Ascendant Shard as a reward.
