Enter The Lost Catacombs In Oblivion Remastered
You need to go outside and enter a new sewer area the Lost Catacombs in Oblivion Remastered, which is like a maze and needs lots of lockpicks.
At the end of the sewer section, you’ll come across a gate at the southern end of the area.
When you approach this gate, the game will give you a hint to let you know you’re heading in the right direction.

Solve The Keyhole Pillar Puzzle
Within the Lost Catacombs, you’ll come across the keyhole pillar puzzle where you need to find and activate two pressure plates.
Remember, one is located near the puzzle area itself, and the other is deeper inside the Lost Catacombs.
After you activate both, return to the statue near the puzzle; stand on the pressure plate next to the statue.

It will allow you to equip a special quest arrow with your bow. While standing on the plate, shoot the arrow into the keyhole on the statue.
You only get one official attempt; thus, save your game beforehand and reload if you miss, or simply pick up the arrow and try again.
When you hit the keyhole with the arrow, it will open up the next section of the dungeon.

Defeat The Statues
After solving the keyhole pillar puzzle, two statues will suddenly come to life and attack you.
You must defeat both statues to continue deeper into the dungeon. Once you defeat the statues, enter a heavily guarded area where stealth is crucial.
Further, remove any gear that creates sound and use stealth-enhancing effects like chameleon or invisibility.
Carefully sneak past the guards who are asleep without waking them; move slowly and stay crouched at all times.
As you proceed, you will need to pass through several locked doors and corridors, so be patient and cautious to avoid detection.

Bypass The Blind Monks
As you progress in the Lost Catacombs, you’ll encounter more guards, including some who are blind.
If they notice you, simply walk away and they’ll lose track of you.
Eventually, you’ll find a lever next to a monk sitting in a chair; pull this lever carefully to proceed.
In the next room, sit in a specific chair to trick the monks; they’ll bring you the Elder Scroll.

Escape With The Elder Scroll
After obtaining the Elder Scroll in the Lost Catacombs, sneak your way out; use invisibility spells or items in the room.
Make your way up the stairs and exit through a fireplace, which will drop you back into the sewer.
Once you’re back in the sewer, navigate your way out, which can be confusing and may take some time.
