As Season 9 begins, players speculate the return of the Astroworld Planet from Travis Scott’s 2020 Astronomical concert, though no official confirmation has been made.

Fortnite Festival is a free-to-play game mode within Fortnite that features real-world music artists known as Icons.

The Icon for the 8th season was Sabrina Carpenter, featuring as the event’s headliner.

Additionally, Season 9 centers on Bruno Mars, while some fans speculate that the Astroworld planet may return to Fortnite.

Bruno Mars Joins Fortnite Festival Season 9

The Grammy-winning artist Bruno Mars brings his virtual world tour to Season 9 of Fortnite Festival.

A brand-new stage awaited players, and unlike previous one-night concerts, Season 9 spans several weeks through the Music Pass.

Music Pass allows players to unlock rewards by earning experience points across any game mode.

Players can progress by earning experience points to unlock exclusive rewards, similar to the Battle Pass.

This season’s Music Pass includes exclusive outfits from the Bruno Mars set, along with various other items.

Furthermore, the Die With a Smile Bruno outfit unlocks instantly upon purchasing the Music Pass.

Players can purchase the Music Pass for 1,400 V-Bucks, or get it included at no extra cost with a Fortnite Crew subscription.

Additionally, the Bruno Mars World Tour bundle will be available to purchase in the shop until the end of Fortnite Festival Season 9.

The bundle includes the Bruno-San outfit with the Bruninho style, along with back blings, contrails, emotes, jam tracks, and pickaxes.

With the start of the new Fortnite Festival season on June 17, some fans are anticipating the return of Astroworld Planet in Fortnite.

Astroworld Planet was featured in the Astronomical concert held in 2020, performed by Travis Scott.

References to it have appeared in various instances throughout different seasons of the game, even after the concert ended.

It was part of various map changes, featured as a back bling, and even appeared in multiple trailers.

However, there is no official confirmation of the Astroworld Planet returning in Fortnite Festival Season 9.
