Obtain The Magetallow Candles Box In Oblivion Remastered
Players first need to travel to the Imperial City and go to the Market District in Oblivion Remastered.
Further, it is recommended that you go during the day as you need to enter a shop.
You can use the teleporter in the Market District to get there quickly. When you arrive, walk straight for a short distance.
Once you go up a small set of stairs, turn west and enter the alleyway, and keep moving forward until you see a shop called the Mystic Emporium.
Furthermore, you can locate the shop easily if you set the Frostcrag Spire quest active in your journal.
This will mark the location of the Mystic Emporium on your map so you can find it faster.
Barter With Aurelinwae
You must then head inside the shop and talk to Aurelinwae, then open the barter menu.
She sells two Magetallow Candles Boxes, and you need to buy both of them. Each box costs about 3200 gold.
You can also buy other upgrades for Frostcrag Spire at the same time if you want.
Use Magetallow Candles Box To Unlock Altars
After purchasing both Magetallow Candles, head back to Frostcrag Spire and place them on the left and right altars to activate them.
The left altar is the Altar of Enchanting, which you can use to enchant your weapons using Soul Gems.
Lastly, the right altar is the Altar of Spell Making, allowing you to create your custom spells or change how existing ones work.
